Linguine with Tuna and Peas

1 1/3 lb | linguine or spaghetti |
2 cup | peas |
3 cup | skim milk |
1/4 cup | flour |
3 1/3 (6 ounce) cans | tuna, drained and flaked |
2/3 cup | parmesan cheese |
1 tsp | pepper |
1) cook pasta. Drain & set aside
2) in small pan, cover peas with water and boil for 1 minute
3) in large pan, whisk the milk into the flour and cook, stirring constantly, over moderate heat until slightly thickened. Add the peas and cook 20 seconds longer. Add tuna and mix well. Add pasta, cheese and pepper and mix well.
