| Ingredients - laziza nihari masala | |
| garlic, ginger paste | |
| - 1 pd golden chicken pieces | |
| water | |
| - aata(flour) | |
| onion | |
Directions
1. heat oil and add garlic/ ginger paste and fry chicken for 3-4 min
2. Add the nehari laziza masala and fry 3-4 min more
3. Add 2-3 cups water and let cook 30 min
4. Dissolve 1/2 cup flour in water and pour stirring constantly till nihari thickens
5. Separate pan fry onion till golden brown and pour on top nihari
Garnish with: ginger, cilantro, green pepper, chart masala,
