Turkey Tetrazzini

14 oz | spaghetti |
4 Tbs | butter |
2 Tbs | all-purpose flour |
2 cans | cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/2 c | milk or cream |
1/2 tsp | salt |
2 Tbs | mustard |
2 cup | parmesan cheese, grated |
2 cup | turkey, cooked and chopped |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add spaghetti, and cook 8-10 min or until al dente. Drain and place in the prepared baking dish.
3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Mix in soup, milk, salt and mustard. Cook and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir in about 1 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
4. Mix soup mixture amd turkey with spaghetti. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour until surface is lightly browned.
