Ham Casserole

1 can | condensed cream of celery soup, 10.75 oz |
1/2 cup | milk |
ground black pepper | |
2 | potatoes, sliced |
1 | onion, sliced |
2 cups | cooked ham, diced |
1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. In an 8x8 inch casserole dish, combine cream of celery soup with milk and a good grind of pepper
3. Layer potato slices, onion slices and ham on top and cover
4. Bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese
5. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes
