Dry rub baby back ribs

I tbsp paprika | |
1 1/2 tsp | packed brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp | finely grated orange zest |
1 1/2 tsp | salt |
3/4 tsp | ground cumin |
1/2 tsp | ground black pepper |
1/4 tsp | cayenne pepper |
4 lbs | baby back ribs. Cut slabs in half or thirds depending on size |
In a bowl, stir together all dry ingredients. Rub on both sides of ribs. Cover and refrigerate ribs for at least 2 hours up to 24. I do only 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place ribs on foil roasting pan so you can discard pan when done. Bake for 1 to 2 hours until meats easily pulls off bone.
I then put some barbecue sauce on them lightly a d put on the grill for a short time
