RICETTA BANANE ALLA FIAMMA
- Fondere il burro, aggiungere lo zucchero, il succo di arancia e mescolare
- aggiungere le banane sbucciate e tagliate a metà per il lungo e girarle
delicatamente perché assorbano bene il sugo
- quando il fondo di cottura tenderà a caramellarsi, versare il liquore, lasciare
che si scaldi bene, poi inclinare il tegame e dare fuoco
- servire subito.
