| ¾ cup | butter |
| 1½ cups | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda |
| 2 cups | flour |
| 3 cups | rhubarb |
| Topping | |
| 1 tablespoon | butter |
| ½ cup | sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
Cake ; Mix together butter, sugar, egg, sour cream, baking soda, flour, and rhubarb.
Topping: Mix together butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this topping on cake before baking.
Bake at 350?F for 45 minutes.
