Dark chocolate sorbet

| 200 dry glucose | |
| 500 | milk |
| 200 | dark chocolate |
| 200 | cocoa powder |
Make a syrup with water, sugar and dry glucose. Bring the milk to boil&pour into the chocolate &cocoa powder. Mix all together and strain. Rest over the night.
