| 200 | butter |
| 160 | almond meal |
| 160 | cornstarch |
| 160 | yolks |
| 320 whites | |
| 360 | sugar |
Melt the chocolate&butter.
Mix almond meal with cornstarch, add to the chocolate butter mix.
Add yolks, make meringue with the whites and sugar and add to the chocolate mixture.
