| 6 cups | Fresh tomato chopped |
| 1 large | Onion chopped |
| 2 | Green pepper chopped |
| 1 | Hot Pepper |
| 3 tablespoon | Vinegar |
| 2 | Garlic pods |
| 3 tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 3 teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 teaspoon | Accent seasoning |
Instructions
1. In a saucepan mix vinegar, garlic pods, olive oil, salt, Accent seasoning.
2. Let boil over low heat.
3. Pour over the chopped ingredients.
4. Pour in jars & refrigerate.
