Low-Fat Garlic Baked Chicken

4 oz | chicken breast |
1 | garlic clove, minced |
2 | lemon slices |
1 tsp | thyme |
Sea salt | |
black pepper to taste | |
1 tbsp | honey mustard, (optional) |
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place chicken topped with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper on parchment paper and fold to seal. Place on a foil-lined tray and bake for 30 minutes.
