Raw Italian Pasta

3-4 | zucchini, spiralized |
2-3 | tomatoes, chopped |
1/4 head | cauliflower, very finely chopped |
1/4 c | nutritional yeast |
1 heaping TBSP | Italian seasonings |
1 tsp | salt |
2 TBSP | balsamic vinegar |
1 TBSP | fresh lemon juice, alternative |
Place zucchini & tomatoes in med bowl.
Put all other ingredients into a smaller bowl & stir until all mixed.
Pour smaller bowl into med bowl.
Toss/stir gently.
Eat at room temperature or refrigerate a few hours or slightly longer.
This should be eaten within a day of making it.
