Streusel for Apple Pie

5 cups | All Purpose Flour |
2 cups | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | iodized salt |
1 Tablespoon | baking powder |
12 ounces | butter, cold, cut into chunks. |
Combine all dry ingredients in a robo coupe. mix. Add the butter in chunks and process until sandy.
Take out and squeeze the streusel together to make little chunks. Bake @ 325 for about 12 minutes. Stir the streusel a couple of times in between to allow for even baking. Bake until golden. Cool.
Each apple pie gets 1 ounce of streusel.
Recipe yields enough streusel for about 50 apple pies.
