3 cups | shredded rotisserie chicken |
1 can (14.5 oz.) | fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth |
3 Tbsp. | unsweetened cocoa powder |
4-1/2 tsp. | chili powder |
2 tsp. | garlic powder |
1-1/2 tsp. | ground cumin |
1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) | corn muffin mix |
3/4 cup | BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Zesty Blends Chipotle Sour Cream, divided |
1 cup | KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA |
Make It
Bring first 6 ingredients to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Spread onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Prepare muffin batter as directed on package. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream; spread over chicken mixture. Top with cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until golden brown. Serve topped with remaining sour cream.
