Texican Chili

2 1/2 pounds | beef cubes |
28 ounces | stewed tomatoes |
16 ounces | tomato sauce |
16 ounces | kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
2 cups | carrots, sliced thin |
1 cup | celery, chopped |
3/4 cup | onion, chopped |
1/2 cup | green pepper, chopped |
2 tablespoon | parsley |
1/2 cup | chili powder |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
Combine all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
