Crab Imperial

1/3 medium | green pepper, chopped very fine |
1/2 small jar | pimiento, chopped fine |
1 teaspoon | dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1 | egg |
1/3 cup | mayonnaise |
1 pound | crab, lump or backfin |
1/2 teaspoon | old bay seasoning |
mayonnaise & paprika for topping |
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix green pepper and pimiento, add mustard, salt, old bay, egg, and mayo. Mix well. Add crab meat and mix with fingers so lumps to not break.
Divide into 4 small oven proof dishes (custard cups). Top with a light coating of mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes.
