Cheese Tarts

Bottom:
    1 cup  graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 pound  melted butter
Filling:
    3  8 ounce packages cream cheese, soft
    3  eggs, (well beaten)
    3/4 cup  sugar
    3 teaspoon  vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°

Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon graham cracker crumbs into muffin tins that have been lined with papers. Pour 1 tablespon of melted butter over crumbs in each tin. Any left over crumbs or butter, divide equally.

Mix and beat filling ingredients well. Divide equally over buttered crumbs. Bake 15 or until edges turn golden brown. Let cool before topping with pie fruit filling.
