Honey Dinner Rolls

1 1/4 cups | milk, warmed |
1/3 cup | honey |
1/4 cup | margarine, melted |
1 teaspoon | salt |
2 | eggs |
4 1/4-4 3/4 cups | all-purpose flour |
1 (1/4 ounce) package | active dry yeast |
Place all liquid ingredients into bread pan first. Then addrdd all dry ingredients, EXCEPT yeast. Make a small indentation on top of the dry ingredients (not so deep it reaches the wet layer) and add the yeast to the indentation. Select 'dough' on the bread machine.
At end of dough cycle, turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Cut each dough half into 18 equal pieces. Shape into desired style roll and place on greased cookie sheet, or roll into balls and place in greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pans. Let rise until doubled (about 30 mins.).
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack.
