Pear & Walnut Salad

½ cup | olive oil |
3 Tbs. | sugar |
3 Tbs. | white wine vinegar |
½ tsp. | celery salt |
salt to taste | |
2 heads | Romaine |
½ cup | blue cheese |
2 | pears, peeled cored, and chopped |
½ cup | toasted walnuts,, (can substitute chopped pecans if desired) |
Lightly toast walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Let cool. Combine first 5 ingredients to create dressing. Chop or tear romaine. Add blue cheese, pears and walnuts. Toss with dressing just prior to serving.
