    ½ cup  olive oil
    3 Tbs.  sugar
    3 Tbs.  white wine vinegar
    ½ tsp.  celery salt
      salt to taste
    2 heads  Romaine
    ½ cup  blue cheese
    2  pears, peeled cored, and chopped
    ½ cup  toasted walnuts,, (can substitute chopped pecans if desired)

Lightly toast walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Let cool. Combine first 5 ingredients to create dressing. Chop or tear romaine. Add blue cheese, pears and walnuts. Toss with dressing just prior to serving.
