| 1 1/4 stick | margarine |
| butter, alternative | |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 1 1/4 cups | flour |
| 1/2 cup | chopped pecans |
| Mix above ingredients like pie crust Press in bottom of 9x13 " pan. Bake 350 until light brown, about 12 mins. Let cool Filling | |
| 1-8oz | cr cheese. 1 lg pkg of Choc instant pudding |
| 2/3 cup | conf sugar. 3 cups milk |
| 1 Carton 9 oz | cool whip |
Mix cr cheese with sugar, fold in 1/2 cool whip & spread on top of cooled crust. Prepare pudding using 3 cups of milk. Spread on cheese layer. Top with remaking col whip & 1/4 cup chopped pecans, sprinkled over top. Ref at least 2 hours.
