Winter Salad

| 1 head | Romaine lettuce |
| 4 oz. | shredded Swiss cheese |
| 1 C. | cashews |
| 1/4 C. | Craisins |
| 1 | apple |
| 1 | pear |
| Dressing: | |
| 1/2 C. | sugar |
| 1/3 C. | lemon juice |
| 2 t. | onion |
| 1 t. | dry mustard |
| 1/2 t. | salt |
| 2/3 C. | olive oil |
| 1 T. | poppy seed |
Chop lettuce. Cube apple and pear. Combine salad ingredients and store.
Blend dressing ingredients in food processor (or dice and mix thoroughly).
When ready to serve, pour over salad and toss.
