Pasta Salad

3 pounds | rotini |
1 head | cauliflower |
1 bunch | broccoli |
3 bunches | green onions |
1 can | pitted ripe olives |
1 large bunch | celery |
4 large | carrots |
1 pound | mushrooms |
1 large | red pepper |
9 | eggs, hard boiled |
1 cup | pickle relish |
1 cup | mayonnaise |
3 recipes | Aunt Lee's salad dressing |
Cook rotini according to directions. Cut up vegetables and add to rotini. Add pickle relish, mayonnaise and dressing. Toss lightly to coat. Refrigerate over night. Right before serving, add a little more salad dressing and toss.
