Chicken and Rice (Ala Lithuania)

18- 24 | chicken thighs |
3 gloves garlic | |
3/4 bottle | dry white sherry |
1/2 lb | bacon |
1 lg | opinion |
2 | beef bouillon cubes |
2-3 | carrots |
Marinate chicken in sherry,garlic and sprinkled with Lawry's seasoned salt
Let stand at least 4 hours or over night.
Sauté chopped bacon and onion in hot oil until tender but not crisp. Remove and set aside. Fry chicken in oil until brown.Drain oil and return bacon,onion, chicken and marinade along with bouillon vibes to slow cooker. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Add slice carrots and cook another 30-40 minutes. Skim oil from top and serve over rice.
