| 8 | jaunes d'oeufs |
| 1 dl | eau froide |
| 1 litre | crème |
1) mélanger le sucre, les oeufs et l'eau et travailler pendant 20mn.
2) fouetter 1 litre de crème
3) mélanger le tout avec 11/2 dl de grand marnier
4) mettre au congélateur
