Orange Chicken Crock-8

2 lb | boneless chicken breast halves |
2/3 cup | Onion, medium, chopped |
2 tbsp + 2 tsp | Olive Oil |
1 1/4 tsp | Salt |
1 1/4 tsp | Pumpkin pie spice |
1 1/3 can | Orange juice, frozen |
2 1/2 tsp | orange zest, grated |
4 cup | Cranberries |
2/3 cup | Granular Splenda |
Brown chicken and onion in oil and salt in skillet over med-high heat. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice.
Crockpot: Add browned chicken, onions and other ingredients to crockpot.
Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
