Orzo Rice Pilaf

    ¼ cup  butter
    1 cup  orzo
    2-3 tablespoons  onions, minced
    1 cup  converted rice
    2-3 tablespoons  mushrooms, chopped
    3½ cups  chicken stock
    1-3  chicken bouillon cubes

In a 2 quart pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add orzo and onion; cook until golden, stirring often, about 7 minutes. Add converted rice and mushrooms. Continue sautéing for another 3 minutes. Stir in chicken stock or water, and chicken bouillon. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes.
