Dark Chocolate Cake (no flour)

Melt 3 bars of dark 60% chocolate. Meanwhile, bream sugar and yolks. Whisk egg white. Add melted chocolate slowly into egg yolk. Fold egg white into mixture. |
Grease cake pan with side opening.
Heat over to 350F and bake on top to sheet pan for half hour. When done, dust with powered sugar.
