ROAST beef - A1 Cheesy Roast beef topper

| 1/4 c | finely chopped red peppers |
| 1 tbsp | A1 steak sauce |
| 2 oz | sharp cheese, cut into 8 slices |
| 16 triscuit crackers | |
| 8 slices | shaved roast beef, cut in half |
Cook peppers for 1 minute. Stir in steak sauce, cook 1 minute. Set aside. Cut cheese slices in half. Top crackers w/meat; cheese and red pepper/sauce mixture.
Place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high 20-25 seconds or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat w/remaining crackers.
