Bean and Cheese Tostadas CH

3 | corn tortillas |
1/4 to chili powder | |
3/4 cup | cooked kidney beans, drained |
2 oz | low fat cheddar cheese |
1 medium | tomato chopped |
1 cup | lettuce, shredded |
Salsa if desired
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray both sides of the tortillas and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle the top with chilli powder. Bake the tortillas for 10-15 min or until crisp. Top each tortilla with cheese, beans, tomatoes, and lettuce. Add salsa and serve.
