Quick Pea Soup

3 cups | frozen peas, thawed |
2 1/2 cups | low fat milk |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
Place the peas and 1/2 cup milk in a blender. Cover and blend until puréed. Pour into sauce pan. Add salt, pepper, and remaining milk. Cook in medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (about 10 min).
