Nancy's Potato Salad

4 large | potatoes |
4 | eggs, hard boiled-chopped |
2 stalks | celery, chopped |
2 | pickles, chopped |
1/2 | onion, chopped |
1/4 cup | pickle juice |
1 cup | mayonaise |
1/4 to 1/2 cup | yellow mustard |
salt | |
pepper |
Boil potatoes with skin on until you can poke with a fork. Cool then peel. Cube and put in a bowl. Add eggs, celery, pickles, and onion. Add pickle juice, mayonaise and mustard. Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
