Nancy's Chicken Nuggets

5 | chicken breast, cubed |
25 | saltine crackers, unsalted. |
oil | |
3 tablespoons | flour |
3 cups | milk |
1-2 teaspoons | chicken boullion |
salt, to taste | |
pepper, to taste | |
Crush saltines in sip lock bag. Add seasonings. Thoroughly dry shicken pieces. Dip first in flour then in milk. Place in baggie and shake to coat. Place coated chunks in frying pan and fry. | |
When chicken is done, remove from pan. Add flour to the fat left in the pan at a equal ratio. Using a wisk mix thoroughly. Add milk and bring to a boil to thicken. Season to taste. | |
