Chewy flourless chocolate cookies

| 1 3/4 c | powdered sugar |
| 1/2 c. | Dutch process cocoa |
| 2 t. | Corn starch |
| 1/4 t. | Salt |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 c. | Coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted |
1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. Mix together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, & salt. Gradually add egg whites, stirring with a spoon until mixture forms a dough (thick enough to form balls). Add nuts.
3. Form dough into 15 balls. Place on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake 16-19 minutes until glossy & crackled. Cool completely.
