Spicy-sweet pork tenderloin

1Tbs | low sodium soy sauce |
1tsp | minced fresh ginger |
1tsp | minced fresh garlic |
1tsp | canola oil |
1 lb | pork tenderloin cut into 3/4 in thick pieces |
1/3 cup | salsa |
1Tbs | seedless rasp preserves |
2 Tbs | fresh cilantro |
Heat oil. Flatten pork to 1/2 in pieces add to pan. Spoon soy sauce mixture over every piece. Cook 3 minutes turn cook until done
Remove from pan.
Add salsa and preserves to pan. heat to medium high. Cook until thick. Serve with pork.
