| 1/2 litro | panna |
| 2 hg | torrone |
| 1/2 quadretto | cioccolato fondente |
Monta con il frullino elettrico i rossi delle uova con lo zucchero a velo; monta la panna e mescolala con i rossi montati.
Nel frattempo pesta il torrone e il cioccolato e aggiungili all'impasto; monta 2 bianchi e aggiungi al tutto.
Metti in freezer.
