Chicken Divan

| 2 boned chicken breasts cut in half | |
| Simmer 30 minutes with salt, pepper, some celery leaves and a bay leaf. | |
| 10 oz | pkg frozen broccoli, cooked for half-time so it remains crisp or fresh broccoli blanched. |
| Sauce: | |
| 1/2 cup | mayo |
| 1 can | cream of celery or chicken soup |
| 1/2 tsp. | lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp. | curry powder |
| Place broccoli in bottom of flat baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top. Pour sauce over them. Top with: | |
| 1/2 cup | shredded cheese, (chedder or whatever you prefer) |
| 1/4 cup | buttered bread crumbs. |
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
