1/4 cup  finely chopped fresh parsley
    1  egg
    1 tbsp  onion soup mix
    1 tbsp  tomato paste
    2  garlic cloves, pressed
    1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 lbs 90%  lean ground beef
    1 tbsp  olive oil
      Vegetables
      Sauce
    2 medium  carrots, peeled
    1/2 cup  diced onion
    3 cups  frozen O'Brien potatoes
    2 tbsp  tomato paste
1 pkg (8 oz)  sliced mushrooms
1 can (14.5 oz)  beef broth
    3 tbsp  onion soup mix

Directions:
For patties, combine bread, onion, parsley, egg, soup mix, tomato paste, pressed garlic and Worcestershire sauce in Stainless (4-qt.) Mixing Bowl; mix well. Add beef; mix well. Shape beef mixture into six oval-shaped patties, about 1/4 in. thick. Add oil to (12-in.) Skillet; heat over medium-high heat 1-3 minutes or until shimmering. Place patties in Skillet; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or just until browned. Remove patties from Skillet; keep warm.
For vegetables and sauce, dice carrots and onion. Add potatoes to Skillet; cook 4-5 minutes or until beginning to brown. Add carrots and onion; cook 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in tomato paste. Add mushrooms; cook 3-4 minutes or until mushrooms begin to soften. Add broth and soup mix; bring to a simmer.
Add patties back into Skillet. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 4-6 minutes or until centers of patties are no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
