Sloppy Joe on a Bun

| 1/2 cup | diced onion |
| 1/2 cup | celery |
| 1/2 cup | green pepper |
| 4 tbs | butter |
| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1 tbs | sugar |
| 1 tbs | flour |
| 1 tbs | vinegar |
| 1 tbs | wet mustard |
| 1 cup | ketchup |
Fry vegetables in 4 tbs butter with 1 lb ground beef
Cook until beef is brown and vegetables are soft and clear
Add salt to taste
Mix in sugar, flour, vinegar, mustard, and ketchup
Simmer about 15 mins
Spoon mixture onto heated buns
