Cabbage and Noodles

| 1 lg | onion chopped |
| 1 head | cabbage shredded |
| 1 can | sauerkraut |
| 4 tbs | butter |
| 1 (16 oz) box | macaroni noodles |
Cook onions in 2 tbs butter until golden
Cook cabbage in 2 tbs butter, mixing well, keep covered till tender
Mix with onions
Boil noodles, add to cabbage mixture, add more butter, salt and pepper to taste
