Lemon Chicken
Nb persons: 4
Batter | |
2 tbsp. | all-purpose flour |
2 tbsp. | grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | low fat milk |
1 | egg, beaten |
Saute Liquid | |
4 tbsp. | butter |
1/2 cup | lemon juice |
garlic powder, to taste | |
dried herb blend, to taste - Ital. Seasoning | |
1/3 cup | white cooking wine |
chicken breast |
*Combine parmesan cheese, milk, and egg to create batter.
*Dredge chicken in flour, dip in batter and saute in liquid till lightly browned.
*Place chicken and left over saute liquid in baking pan.
*Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
