Mom's Fried Cauliflower

| cauliflower, cut into small flowerets | |
| egg, beaten | |

| bread crumbs | |

Steam cauliflower until almost cooked. Mix flour and bread crumbs, making a mixture of mostly flour and only some bread crumbs. Dip cauliflower in a beaten egg and bread in flour/bread crumb mixture. Fry in oil just before serving.
