•Mix angel food cake.
•Stir in 1 cup of flaked coconut, 1 tsp. coconut extract, 1 Tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract, and 3/4 cups canned vanilla frosting.
•Shape. Insert sticks. Freeze until firm.
•Coating: Melt 2 1/2 lbs. white candy coating for dipping.
•Decorate: Roll on lightly toasted coconut.
