Herbed Crostini | |
1/3 Cup | Olive Oil |
1/2 Teaspoon | Dried Basil Leaves |
1/2 Teaspoon | Dried Thyme Leaves |
Pinch | Cayenne Pepper |
1 Teaspoon | Minced Fresh Garlic |
4 Long, Skinny French Baguette, Cut into 1/4 inch diagonal slices
In a small bowl, mix the oil, herbs, cayenne, and garlic. Lightly brush the baguette slices with the herb oil. Lay out slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 just until crispy.
TIP: Really watch the brad cause I have burned A LOT!
