Ham Roll Ups

| 1 Package | Super Size Flour Tortillas |
| 2 8oz Packages | Cream Cheese, (Softened) |
| 1/3 Cup | Mayo |
| 2 Tablespoons | Green Onion Chopped |
| 1/4 Cup | Black Olives Chopped, (we don't use them but you can) |
| 5oz | any type of lunch meat ham, (I use honey or brown sugar but use whatever you like best) |
- Bring tortillas to room temp
- Combine cream cheese, mayo, onion and olives
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on the tortillas
- Arrange 4 slices of ham
- Roll up tightly
- Wrap each individual roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate over-night
- To serve cut into 3/4 inch slices (the ends won't really look pretty but they will still taste good)
