3. Burro 50 g
4. Aceto balsamico qualche goccia
Preparazione

Infarinate le fettine di carne, mettetele in una padella dove avrete fatto sciogliere precedentemente il burro.

Cuocetele da ambo le parti, salatele e poi spruzzatele con l'aceto balsamico, lasciatele evaporare poi toglietele dal fuoco e servite.
