Milk Punch

1 gallon | milk |
3/4 cup | powdered sugar |
2 cups | bourbon |
2 teasponns | vanilla |
nutmeg, freshly ground |
Fill a 2-3 cup plastic container with water. Freeze. Whisk milk and powdered sugar in large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in bourbon and vanilla. When ready to serve, unmold blck of ice and place in punch bowl. Pour milk mixture over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg (to taste).
