Pauline's Blackberry Pie

BLACKBERRY PIE (Pauline Mourning) | |
4 C | blackberries |
4 Tbsp flour }
1 3/4 - 2 C sugar } Mix together; use half and mix with berries.
Pinch of salt }
Double crust pie shell
Pour floured berries into prepared pie shell. Sprinkle rest of flour mix over berries. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes until crust starts to brown. Turn down to 375 and bake another 20-30 minutes, or until berries bubble through.
