| 1/2 cup | Bisquick mix |
| 1 Tbsp | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | milk |
| 1 Tbsp | butter, melted |
| 2 | eggs |
Beat together until well blended. Grease a 6 to 7 inch nonstick skillet. Heat over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp of batter to pan, immediately swirl to coat bottom with a thin layer. Cook until golden brown. Turn and brown other side.
