Recipe for Cream of Crab Soup 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Asparagus Soup (can find at Safeway) | |
1 TBSP | Old Bay Seasoning |
1 large can | crab meat |
1 quart | half and half, (can use light) |
Place soups, Old Bay and half and half in large pot. Use hand blender to blend the soup mixture. (If you don’t have hand blender, a regular blender works just fine). Stir constantly and bring soup mixture to slow boil. Stir in crab meat right before removing from heat.
