| 1 tsp | Red chill powder |
| 1 tsp | Coriander powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Cumin powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Fennel powder |
| A pinch | Ginger powder |
| 1 tsp | Black salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Pepper powder |
| 1/4 tsp | Garam masala powder |
| 2 cups | Sugar or adjust according to taste |
| 1 cup | Tamarind purée |
Instructions:
1. In a microwaveable bowl add all the powders, sugar and tamarind puree and mix well.
2. Keep it in microwave oven and cook for ten minutes.
